Our Creative team works closely with our songwriters, composers and music publishers to advance their careers, identify opportunities and strengthen BMI’s position as the global leader in performing rights management.
Licensing Jobs
Music greatly benefits businesses, from streaming services, to bars and restaurants, gyms, retail establishments, radio, TV and beyond. BMI’s Licensing team ensures that these diverse businesses have copyright permission to publicly play over 15 million musical works in BMI’s repertoire, in all styles and genres. In Licensing roles, you’ll help businesses enhance their customers’ experience and their users’ engagement while ensuring songwriters, composers and publishers are paid when their music is played.
Technology Jobs

Distribution & Administration Jobs
Joining our Distribution & Administration team means you’ll help creators in the most important way possible – making sure they receive their royalties so they can continue to create the music we all enjoy. Team members in Distribution & Administration aggregate and analyze vast volumes of public performance data for BMI-licensed music across all mediums, from film and television performances, to radio plays, streams and more, in the most efficient, effective and accurate way possible.
