POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains training management documentation and learning content associated with Licensing’s CRM tools and learning modules. Collaborates with all Licensing teams and various other departments.

LOCATION: Nashville, TN office. BMI operates on a regular in-office hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office three (3) days a week.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Maintains the catalog of Salesforce training documentation, ensuring content and formatting consistency across documents, while delivering easy-to-use revisions based on functionality enhancements.
• Assists in creating Salesforce training documentation as new system functionality and/or business processes are introduced.
• Assists in analyzing and creating new business processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency.
• Develops and organizes the content on Licensing’s shared knowledge platform and in Salesforce ensuring content remains relevant and consistent with Licensing’s Customer Service Pledge and BMI’s brand, message, and developed content.
• Organizes feedback from Licensing team members. Presents recommendations to the Talent team and Licensing management on content revisions, and new additions to all types of training documentation and content.
• Develops and maintains onboarding and new hire training documentation including participant materials and facilitator guides.
• Develops and maintains Licensing Operations Confluence Knowledge Management System.
• Regular Attendance.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Experience: One year of related work experience is required. Experience with content development and/or content management strongly preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Three years or more in a corporate setting preferred.
• Exceptional visual communication skills.
• Strong communication skills including ability to listen, write, and present effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish good working relationships including the ability to adapt uniquely to each situation.
• Demonstration of a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong use of technology; including use of document creation tools, content categorization tools, some CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and meets deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to manage multiple priorities, assignments, and tasks in a high-paced environment.

Salary Range:

The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses.
