Role
The Executive – HRIS & People Analytics oversees the maintenance and optimization of the Human Resources Information System, ensuring that all data management remains accurate and efficient. This role is essential in assisting HR operations through the delivery of data-driven intelligence and the enforcement of established data governance benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and refresh staff records within the HRIS, upholding strict precision and privacy protocols.
- Maintain high data reliability through frequent system inspections and the prompt resolution of any variances.
- Create and deploy streamlined protocols and industry-standard workflows for organizational data entry.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits specialists to pinpoint and execute vital system optimizations.
- Validate upcoming HRIS features and software patches to guarantee uninterrupted workflow and system health.
- Offer expert guidance and assistance to internal users regarding various HRIS tools and modules.
- Produce and issue routine and customized data exports to aid People & Culture in strategic choice-making.
- Leverage advanced metrics to uncover significant patterns and intelligence that inform P&C roadmaps.
- Design comprehensive dashboards and visual aids to present complex data in a clear, accessible format.
- Guarantee full adherence to international data confidentiality mandates and internal corporate guidelines.
- Apply and supervise governance frameworks to safeguard the security and quality of all personnel data.
- Contribute to the facilitation of external audits and the generation of essential compliance documentation.
- Engage in specialized HRIS initiatives, encompassing version upgrades, data transfers, and new platform rollouts.
- Work alongside multifaceted departments to ensure that project milestones and core goals are successfully achieved.
- Maintain detailed records of project strategies, evolutionary steps, and final results.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- A university degree or equivalent certification in People Operations, Management Information Systems, or a corresponding discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional exposure to various HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP, or BambooHR.
Technical & Core Skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and diverse data analytics platforms.
- Superior meticulousness and robust organizational capabilities.
- Proven capacity to manage sensitive personnel data with utmost confidentiality.
- Exceptional critical thinking and diagnostic problem-solving abilities.
- Articulate verbal and written communication alongside strong collaborative skills.
- Prior experience utilizing SQL or comparable reporting languages is highly desirable.
- Possession of formal HRIS credentials or applicable technical certifications.
- Familiarity with project coordination and the rollout of enterprise systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of global data privacy mandates, including GDPR and CCPA.
